How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Jonathanshore Pest Control does not have a staff of technicians. When you send a request, you are connected with an independent provider in our network. That might be the business owner, a scheduler, or an inspector from that company. Each provider runs its own business, sets its own prices, and decides which jobs it takes.

Think of it like a bulletin board at a hardware store. The board helps you find a business, but the business does the work.

What Happens After You Reach Out

First, you send a request or Request a callback to check provider availability. Call hours vary by provider, so a quick message with your details can save time.

Next, a provider asks about what you saw. Expect questions about the pest, the location in your home, and how long it has been going on. Your photos and notes help here.

Then the provider may offer a visit or a written estimate. You decide what to do next.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

Good questions are normal. A solid provider will not mind them.

  • What pest do you think this is, and why?
  • What will the visit include, and how long might it take?
  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it cover?
  • Are follow-up visits included, or priced separately?
  • What licensing and insurance do you hold for this work?
  • What should I do in the meantime, and what should I leave alone?

Understanding the Price

Prices depend on the pest, the size of the home, how far the problem has spread, and how many visits are needed. In the U.S., a general pest treatment often runs about $100 to $300 per visit, while termite treatment can range from several hundred dollars to a few thousand. Wildlife removal and bed bug treatment can vary even more. These are typical ranges only. Get it in writing so you can compare real numbers.

You Are in Control

Sending a request does not commit you to anything. You can ask for a second quote, take time to read the details, or say no. If a provider rushes you or will not put the price in writing, that is a sign to pause. Your records, your questions, and your decision all stay with you.
